DAVID DIVILLY MANAGING DIRECTOR
As Managing Director of DTA Contractors and a qualified Civil Engineer, David has a proven track record of success with over ten years in Project & Construction Management positions. David now directs his energy and drive into the overall management of the company. In presiding over daily operations, leading company strategy, managing tenders for new work and delivering projects, David is committed to a policy of supporting the Territory by working with the best NT professionals and contractors.
JOHN TOMAZOS DIRECTOR
As Director, John provides the management team of DTA Contractors with a wealth of knowledge and expertise from over 25 years managing construction projects in the Northern Territory. John brings to the company, a significant base of long term relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors built up over decades working in the Territory.
TONY ROWLAND HSQE MANAGER
Tony brings over 14 years of extensive experience in health and safety compliance management across diverse sectors including civil and building construction. As a key member of the management team, Tony encompasses the role of HSQE Manager, where he provides projects with comprehensive management oversight and support, offering mentorship on matters related to QHSE systems. Tony’s responsibilities encompass system audits and reviews, training coordination, inductions, incident investigations, risk assessments.
SUBAN SHRESTHA CIVIL ENGINEER
Suban’s areas of strength are developing designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, specifications, and datasheets while managing resources, and reviewing and developing internal QA systems. He manages the short and long-term construction planning for works on site including submittals, start-up, inspections, reporting, planning and programming as well as QA for all DTA projects. Suban’s exceptional attention to detail and commitment to his projects have proved to be a great asset to DTA Contractors.
TONY GABEL
SITE MANAGER
As Civil Site Supervisor, Tony brings over 30 years of Civil and Construction site experience within The Territory to the team which covers all areas of civil construction. Tony’s vast knowledge of all aspects of civil construction is a key asset to DTA Contractors. Tony is approachable and his hands-on style of on-site management greatly assists in developing the skills of our civil team.
SHANE LALLY
SITE MANAGER
As Supervisor and a qualified Builder, Shane brings a solid background of on-site management of civil and building projects in the Northern Territory. Shane has significant experience in bulk earthworks including earthmoving machinery operation, pipe laying – storm water, sewer & water main, formwork & concreting, kerbing and on-site WHS management.
PATRICK CORMAC
SITE MANAGER
As Civil/Construction Site Supervisor, Patrick brings 20 years of civil, construction site and broad industry experience within the territory and across Australia. Over his career Patrick has delivered a large portfolio of complex projects in the commercial, residential, oil and gas and government sectors, delivering multiple projects concurrently and always to a high standard.
